THAT'LL BE THE DAY

THAT'LL BE THE DAYThat'll Be The Day was first conceived by Trevor Payne, the Director of the Show as far back as 1987. In the past 13 years the show has become THE NO. 1. Rock 'n’ Roll Production Show touring 11 months of the year, winning various awards including 'Show of the Year'. The show is a headline and box office attraction at major theatres¸ centres and corporate events.

The Show itself is a fast moving roller-coaster covering the Rock 'n' Roll years through the 1950's, 60's, 70's and 80's and includes some original comedy sketches, impressions - entertainment for all ages from eight to eighty. Standing ovations with this show are the norm not the exception.

HOWARD BOWLES - Orchard F.M. What a great show THAT'LL BE THE DAY is. Peter, Karen, Jackie and I thoroughly enjoyed the Show and we congratulate the full cast and Producer.

JEREMY TAYLOR - Bristol Evening Post - 6th Oct. 1992
Bristol Hippodrome : THAT'LL BE THE DAY. The cast of hit rock 'n; roll musical THAT'LL BE THE DAY gave a performance to remember last night. Cliff Richard lookalike Trevor Payne was almost as good as the real thing. A polished and professional show.

ENCORE - Nov. –93 THAT'LL BE THE DAY Made Mine. The audience stood and clapped, many danced in the aisles as the pulsatingly exciting, Rock 'n' Roll Show THAT'LL BETHE DAY all too soon reached its final climax.

PRINCESS THEATRE. TORQUAY - Oct. -93 - Apollo Leisure (UK) Ltd.
The show is undoubtedly capable of sustaining more that just a Sunday slot in future seasons. Indeed I have indicated to our Head Office that if they require a show to share a split week at one of our Torbay Theatres next Summer, then I would be delighted to recommend THAT'LL BE THE DAY for an immediate return. The buzz in the Princess on Sunday nights was unbelievable and it continued to surprise me week by week how many members of the public actively sought out the Duty Manager at the end of the evening to lavish praise upon the show. as patrons are usually 'quick to criticise but slow to congratulate'.

DEREK WAYLAND The Stage' - Sept. –93 THAT'LL BE THE DAY will still be packing them in for the next 5 years, it has something to please rockers of all ages. If you haven't seen it yet, do so at the earliest opportunity. You certainly won't regret it.
