DAVID GUNSON David Gunson was born in Yorkshire, and started his working life in a Foundry, but as he said, flying was not too good as the visibility never got above 100 ft and he kept crashing into castings. As a consequence he joined the ROYAL AIR FORCE and spent 12 years on Shackleton Aircrafts of Coastal Command on Anti Submarine and Search and Rescue. David then joined Air Traffic Control but has now retired. His hobbies include Rugby, and of course being a Yorkshire Man, cricket. David is in constant demand on the Conference and Dinner scene as an After Dinner Speaker. His brilliance as a speaker has been captured on record entitled 'What goes up might come down'. He has superb delivery and his funny presentation has won him admirers all around the country. [ back ]
